The Path That Led Here

I've spent over two decades building the tools and frameworks that actually help. I've designed organizational development infrastructure from the ground up: leadership programs, DEI strategy, talent pathways, succession systems, and values-aligned performance models.

My approach blends methodology, leadership psychology, and practical systems design. I integrate executive coaching, competency modeling, performance systems, and culture transformation, always with an eye toward what works in the real world, not just in theory.

I hold an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Organizational Development, along with a Master's degree in Educational Technology and a Bachelor's degree in General Business. I also carry advanced certifications in coaching, MBTI, change leadership, and corporate training.

Twenty-plus years of learning in boardrooms, in crises, in moments of breakthrough: that's what I bring to every engagement.

Why I Do This

I watched great leaders break themselves.

As an executive, I saw it up close: brilliant, mission-driven leaders running themselves into the ground. Teams full of talented people who couldn't seem to get on the same page. Organizations growing but fracturing under the pressure.

The pattern was always the same: the harder they pushed, the more things fell apart. Not because they lacked skill or commitment, but because they were trying to scale through sheer willpower.

It broke my heart to watch. And it lit a fire in me.
