I founded Impact Leadership Collective after years of working with organizations that were scaling fast — and breaking under the weight of their own success.

I began asking a simple but powerful question:

I’m Dr. Cheri Seagraves, executive coach, organizational strategist, and founder of Impact Leadership Collective.
For more than two decades, I’ve guided leaders and teams through growth, transformation, and uncertainty — helping them build the clarity, trust, and psychological safety that make performance sustainable.
My academic background in organizational leadership grounds my work in research and rigor.
My experience as a leader and coach keeps it human.
